What this site collects

atgra.org is a static reference site. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies, runs no third-party analytics scripts, and does not build profiles of the people who read it. There is no account system, no newsletter and no comment facility, so there is nothing to sign up to and nothing to be added to.

Server logs

As with any website, the server that delivers these pages records standard request information — IP address, timestamp, the page requested and the browser’s user-agent string. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure, are not combined with anything else, and are not used to identify individual readers.

Links to other sites

Pages here link out to casino operators, regulators and support organisations. Those sites set their own policies and their own cookies, and this policy does not extend to them. Following a link to a casino’s official site means entering that operator’s privacy regime, which is generally a good deal more extensive than this one.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to: no advertising network, no analytics tag, no session store and no preference cookie. If your browser shows a cookie for this domain, it did not come from these pages.

The one qualification worth making is fonts. The typefaces used here are served from this same domain rather than from a font network, so loading a page does not tell any third party that you visited it. That is a deliberate choice and not a common one.

Children

Gambling in Arizona is restricted to adults aged 21 and over, and this site is written for adults researching a subject that is closed to minors. It is not directed at children, does not knowingly collect anything from anyone, and carries no registration through which a child could submit information even if they wished to.
